First technical training Cosun Protein

On June 7^th, the Cosun Protein team organized their first technical training day for their partners to update their knowledge on Tendra® Fava Bean Protein Isolate. Twelve of our partners traveled to our Innovation Center in Dinteloord to experience an inspiring day full of insights, tastings, and updates around plant proteins.

A deep dive into plant proteins and nutritional insights by our plant protein expert, an update by our scientist about the developments around the production, updates from our application team and even an interactive part where the attendees had a tasting experience in our sensory lab, and a tour around the Cosun Innovation Center.

The energy within the group and enthusiasm from the attendees made this first training day to a huge success. We’re looking forward to our next training!
